In general, Howard Miller mantle clocks are more modern in design than Seth Thomas models although they’re still traditional enough to suit most homes.
Howard Miller produces several different types of mantle clock. For example, you could buy a non-chiming or chiming mantle clock from them depending on which type you prefer.
